Welcome to EZbot, a service provided by EZbot Intelligence Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service to connect your social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LINE) to our chatbot functionality.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address to identify your account and for communication purposes.
Platform Information: When you connect a social media channel, we collect the necessary identifiers (e.g., Page ID, Channel ID) and an Access Token. This token is required to send and receive messages on your behalf.
Message Content: We process the text of messages sent to your channels by users, and we send this text to the Google Gemini API to generate a response. We maintain a short-term conversation history to provide context for the AI, which is automatically cleared.
User Configuration: We store the AI persona, language, timezone, and other settings you configure in your dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain our service; connect to the necessary third-party APIs (e.g., Meta, LINE, Google); communicate with you for support and service updates; and improve our platform.

4. Data Deletion

Upon request, we will delete all your personal data, including your account information, channel connections, and any stored configurations. You can request data deletion by contacting us at the email address provided below. Facebook/Instagram users may also initiate a data deletion request through their platform's "Settings and Privacy" interface.
