By using the EZbot service ("Service"), operated by EZbot Intelligence Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
The Service provides a platform for users to connect their social media channels (such as Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, and LINE Official Accounts) to a chatbot powered by Google's Gemini API, allowing for automated responses to messages.
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account; all activities under your account; complying with the terms of service of all connected third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, LINE, Google); and all content generated by the AI on your behalf.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time.
In no event shall EZbot Intelligence Ltd., nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

當您使用由樂啟有限公司營運的 EZbot 服務（「本服務」），即表示您同意受本服務條款（「本條款」）的約束。如果您不同意本條款的任何部分，則您不得存取本服務。

本服務以「現狀」和「現有」的基礎提供，不提供任何形式的明示或暗示擔保。
本條款應受中華民國（台灣）法律管轄，不考慮其法律衝突規定。
